two website fixes

I fixed two broken things on my website... alot of people weren't able to watch this old animation I did, because I used a weird codec... here's the new one with the fixed codec... should work fine now... http://www.alexfleisig.com/animation/Big_Head_2CD.mov ... and also this mr incredible test from back when I was at pixar... there had been something wrong with the sync, but I fixed it... http://www.alexfleisig.com/animation/mr_incredible_sit_test_6_CD.mov
